Px Hdd Loader Problems, Doesn't work after X2Pro Install Options

Just installed an X2 Pro on a friends xbox. Everything seems to work ok, except Px HDD Loader, when I try to load a game to the HDD, it tells me "Your modchip does not support the eject on reset trick found. Disc must already be inserted to install" I even read the install help file that comes with a standard distro of Px HDD and it told me to boot the HDD Loader prog into the root C folder which I did and inserted a menu link to it and it still does the same thing. I have a same model xbox with an X2Pro and the same BIOS flashed onto the modchip and mine works ok. I can still copy games to his HDD via FTP and execute them there with no prob, just won't let me do it from DVD to HDD. Anyone ever heard of this before, or know how I can get around this eject trick problem? Thx in advance for any help !!
