Hi, I have Avalaunch running on my 160 gig Maxtor HD right now, and I am playing Live with my X3 chip disabled. I want to install GentooX on my HD as well and run it completely seperately from Avalaunch and without damaging my Live account. Now, I have the GentooX Home edition on a disc. Can I install it and just put the Linux bios on a different dipswitch setting on my X3 chip? Please explain. Thanks.

Xbox Version: v1.0
You don't need to change/add any bios to run Gentoox. All you need to do is have your current X3 bios enabled. You can run it just as you would run any .xbe, sort of like a dashboard.

Is there a way to acess the Linux xbe from avalaunch? Like configure the avalaunch xml to add linux to my menu perhaps?
