I've just modd3d my xbox wit the X3. No when I'm playing...there's very litte rumble. I'm playing burnout3, and there's no...or very little rumble (hard to tell actually). In Worms3d there is some rumble when the airstrike set in, so I know it works.

Is there any way to adjust this on the box?

Suggestions?

Yeah...I've come across that one before. I don't want to kill myself on this biggrin.gif

But I have very little rumble and I'm wondering if it's supposed to be like this?

Is it anyone here with lot's of rumble (exept that maniac on that site biggrin.gif)?

Do you have S controllers or dukes? Are they the only two games you've tried?

I don't know what dukes is, but I have the first controllers that came to the xbox (the big ones). I have also tried NFSU2, and there was some vibration when I hit the walls. But in general I think there is very little.

In Burnout there is so little vibration that the motors in the controller is barely moving are barely running.

Is there a difference in the rumble on the old controllers vs. the new ones?

I have the exact problem. Burnout 3 seems to be the one most affected, but the rumble in other games has decreased since the modchip was installed also. In Burnout, there is hardly any rumble at all anymore.

Me 2 have the same problem, I chipped me and my friends Xbox with the smartxx chip, and we both got the same problem! With Burnout 3 there is almost no rumble att all, and with the most games there isn't. But in some few games it works perfectly. When I'm changing the rumble strength in Collin McRae Rally 2005 I can feel that the rumble works perfectly, but when I'm starting a game in Collin it won't work anymore! Very strange.. Maybe if we all who got the same problem tell what we got for specs on the xbox perhaps somebody could help us? Or maybe we could compare to each others spec to se if something is the same wich maybe is giving us this problem!

My xbox: version 1.6 with smartxx chip (v.3333) and Evox bios with XBMC installed.
My friends xbox: version 1.4 with smartxx chip (v.3333) and Evox bios with XBMC installed.

I have a 1.6 modded with a Xenium ICE and 120GB Western Digital running EVOX and UnleashX

Maybe it's a 1.6 problem?

Hey, I think it may only be EA games that the rumble doesn't work on. Burnout 3 and Oddworld, Stranger's Wrath have almost no rumble, but it seems to work fine on non-EA games like Arctic Thunder.

Anyone else had the same results??

Is there a fix?
