Well, got a new 1.6 with a sammy last week. used account recovery and played Halo 2 for a while. I knew I was going to get Xenium ICe and 120gb Seagate mod done by Palmore (XbOX Modding God for Columbus, Ohio)

I just realized that by playing on XBLIVE before I upgraded the hard drive, I will get banned unless I get a new eeprom... I am correct in that right?

Ah well, I guess $10 for a new eeprom is better than getting banned.

One question. Assuming I do not try to access XBOX live before I get the new eeprom, can I use account recovery? I have 2 months left of free trial I would like to use.

Thanks for the help. I am sorry for asking what seems like a question that has been answered, but I have yet to see any answer to my account recovery question.

Thanks!

After 2 months, upgrade the harddrive without getting banned? How so?
