how come games like NBA Live 2005, & NFS Undergroudn2 do not load thru the menu I have to load them manually thru evox or dvd2xbox...

THey just freeze when i select them from avaa..

what gives..

they dont appear in the games section of avalaunch but they Do appear in Evox ?!
if thats the case, then i dont have a clue.

if it's not, then make sure that the game files are in folder in the games section:
games -> NBA Live -> game files.


i've had it wrong several times by doing it like this:
games -> NBA Live -> NBA LIVE 2005 -> game files.

Just make sure there installed correctly, game loading from subfolders doesnt work.

No...

They all show up in both evox and ava...

however when i click A to load a game like Live 2005 it freezes (in avalaunch) & in evox it loads fine...

whats ava's deal

I've had a similar issue with Crimson Skies. In avalaunch it won't load correctly. The game will attempt to load, but you can tell it's messed up because the spinning wheel thing is ontop of the avalaunch background and then I get a disk error. This is with the game stored on the HD. What's even wierder is that avalaunch won't load the original disk. This is the only game that I have that has this problem. I has to be something to do with avalaunch because the game loads fine off the HD on evox and xbmc. The original disk will load off those and msdash.

These are XBOX Live games. Delete everything in the E:\Cache directory.
