Xbox v1.0
X3

The xbox powers on as soon as the power cord is plugged in. The led on the switch isn't fragging and it is booting to the MS bios not the X3 bios. Any ideas? checked all the solders a few times all look good.

the mini daughter board that you stick next to the pcb (front panel w/ buttons) take it off and remove the sticky stuff. you'll see that 2 pins are bridged together. remove some of its soldering and it should work

Yep and if that isnt it then it is most likely one of the pins in the small board or on the chip itself but it will work without it and boot fine.
