I turned off my xbox. came back a couple hours, and instead of having the usual dashboard and options, i'm limited to 5 options:
MS Dashboard Reboot Power Off Settings Backup The background is still the same. I can still play games with the disc, and the games can still load my previously saved games. So basically, it looks like the HD is still working fine, but I have no access to any media that I have loaded onto it. I've tried to FTP it w/ no luck at all. Do I need to reflash? Just help me out, thanks! |

Copy a new evox.ini to your c:\, which should include those menu options.

how do you not have the ability to FTP if it's loading to the dashboard ?????

I have no idea. I've got the proper IP in there, I've made sure that FTP is enabled, and i've got it properly connected thru a hub. Its shitting. But either way, I'll get right on the boot disc thing.
