Ok my DVD ROm its dead sad.gif I open Xbox and i see that is Smasung DVD ROM...What standard DVD ROM (models) its compatble whit xbox ROM?? I need info and I will change laser...tnx!

No standard DVD-ROM will slide in easily. Purchase a xbox DVD-ROM off ebay.

well do what the last post said, you could put in an ordinary dvd drive but it would mean you couldn't play original xbox games anymore. you can get replacement lasers and drives on ebay, make sure its the first samsung drive, as it reads media better.

heya PPL..I'am back whit my XBOX biggrin.gif ..I replace my orginal Smasnug DVD ROM whit new LG ..and now all works OK..And reading CD its faster...ppl tnx on help!! beerchug.gif beerchug.gif
