This might be a little strange but I was kicking around the idea of having a dedicated controller port for just the DVD kit. Anyone know if this is possible?

Its possible you take the IR unit plug it in any of the ports, and dont unplug it. tongue.gif

The xbox is hardware limited to 4 physical ports, i dedicate the second port to my IR unit. wink.gif.

You can hardwire the dongle into your xbox by following this tut link or to keep your dongle intact follow that tut but change the dongle with a controller port.

EDit* when you plug in a controller in port 4 it you will not be able to use the dongle, but when you unplug the controller in port 4 you can use the the dvd remote as normal if ya get what im saying
