Whenever i free up more than 4 gigs on my E:/drive it starts back to 3 gigs. and i want that space that its not showing so im pretty sure adding a F:/drive would fix this. How do i go about doing so???

C'mon guys please lend me a hand this stupid ms game save bug or whatever u want to call it has already swallowed 2 gigs of space off my hardrive.
