this is a pretty good list. I think this should be pinned. I noticed the GTA mod forum doesn't have any pinned stuff...
this would be perfect to start out with though
and then maybe we can add on other good sites.

well we know its possible (why else would there be a forum)
what kind of mod did you have in mind?

One starter tutorial I just made may help some confused people out there get started. It explains how to install the basic apps to get a car mod running.

yep grifter if u look in the top left hand corner there should be a little flag (usa or british cant remember which) but on gta-action this turns all the language into english i think. on gta3.net its easy enough to understand just go to cars down the sidebar click it and it should sho all the cars
