My friend was messing with his xbox and he went into system configuration and on region or video settings he changed it to pal now his Evox screen goes crazy it like shakes and shit and u cant see n e thing clearly cause of the shaky ness. Even when we put a game in it still acts crazy waht can he do?

You could hook it up to a older TV with a vertical hold knob and adjust it to stabilize the picture, so you could see what you're doing to fix it. Also, many TV cards on computers have the ability to display PAL signals...

360 version: v1 (xenon)
easiest way is to go on the usual places and grab the Enigma Video Selector, throw that on a cdrw or dvd-r and run that from evox.. then press A or Y to switch from pal 2 ntsc(i believe).

just if you dont have a extra tv lyin around

also if you remember where your settings are you can just feel it..(trial and error style), but im sure thats how you got in this problem to begin with
