I TSOP modded my xbox with Ind-bios 5003.I also replaced the HD with a Western 120 gb. It worked fine for 2 weeks, but one day I should power on, it just turn on and off three times then blinking red/green. The screen is black, no audio. Why does this happens now? May it be an error on the harddrive?

More likely that you have a corrupt tsop to be honest - an easy fix - dont be a cheapskate and chip it properly - if it works after its chipped then it is definately that problem - if it doesnt then it simply has failed somewhere coincidentally. however I would bet that the tsop is corrupted
