Xbox Video Issue, Might of damaged the GPU Options

Hopefully someone can help on this one -

Xbox 1.4 - WD HDD, Samsung DVD Drive. Using the Standard Audio/Video Cable
Xenium ICE Solderless - Using Original, Evox M8 and X2 4977 Bios

Problem - Other night playing on my Xbox my mate came round and we successfully installed a Xenium ICE Solderless like mine. I used my cables to test his now modded Xbox.... Worked fine, he went home happy. I then plugged my Xbox in and found the graphics are all pixalated and the text on the MS dash is unreadable as is any small text in games now. I have opened my Xbox and all the cables are in the solderless bracket is still secure, wire is on the D0 and the chip is seated properly. I've removed and install the bios a number of times but to no affect. I've looked through pages and pages of forums and can’t find any answers, so if someone can help that would be great.

make sure the connector on the av pack isnt damaged. check around the gpu and mcpx for damaged/missing components and shorts.
