9 Added Screenshots by rom name or from parent rom and put it into options to select

11 Added Soften On/Off in options.
12 Put keys most used onto front page
13 Renamed some text to make for easier reading
13 Added Hiscores saving
14 Updated categories of roms
15 Added cheats
16 Remapped keys for games that couldn’t be played because keys were not setup (without adjusting them)
17 Added samples
18 Added Artwork bezels etc
19 Added tested Vm.txt and changed option to optimise rom memory usage and loading times
20 Debug.log logging removed
21 Standard settings changed to be more closer to real world wants
22 Most of Dats finished (Thanks to Ebs thats a real mission)

Before MAMEoX.72 for MK1 MK2 MK3 Rampage world tour NBA Jam and Narc or sound dissabled for these games both ways will make it play way faster
90 drivers (looks virtually impossible may just try to add new games as there isnt many new ones that will run on xbox)
Full romcenter clm dats (mostly there)

The main thing that someone needs to do first is figure out how to get a working version of MAMEoX running properly, that uses the 90+ MAME source. I'd rather see the many of the older classic games that have been fixed from MAMEoX.72 than MK's running faster.

I would say that you are probably the last person on earth that would qualify to make that statement. The only reason its not implemented is because no decent programmers have even tried. Yoshi gave it a whack, and he ran into input issues.

What does this tell us ?

we had a another guy that tried it and he too ran into input probs, maybe xport could take a crack at it when he has the time.

adding a few more feature at moment I have 127 meg version with everything in it bar roms (expands to 200 megs ready with cheats hiscore art work bezels screenshots keys remapped icons etc). Mame 0.92 may not be worth it, its 0.84 is the core we are using not 0.72 thats really old sorry, Xport I think put .84 in ages ago. There arnt many new roms that will run on 0.92, as bendermike and EBS have added progear, so called banned roms, supertrio vasarra 2 etc . Hopefully we can add them one by one as I say the core is hard it will be easier to add the handfull of games that can be that have been added since 0.84.

By the way HK+ didnt start with us but has cleaned up our troubles and really done a great job............he really got us out of a crappy problem and pushed it ahead even more than we could have hoped, and Ebs well what can I say started the project with him and b4 I know it he had half the thing on a huge list sorted.

by the way if yoshi cant crack it ............... its going to be hard as ............... he seems not to be the new kid on block

here's some prviews.

Now you can set your favorite games to another color. The color can be set in skin.ini file.
And this is added to simple list too (see pic 2).
You can just press right some times to set a game favorite and then it will be colorized/highlighted.
I've added an option in rom list options page so that you can enable or disable colorizing the favorite games.
You cant set both 'Colorize Favorite roms' and 'Colorize ROM status' to 'Yes'. When you enable one of them, the other will be auto set to 'No'.

And added two options in the video options so that you can set Flicker filter value (0-5) and soften (enabled/disabled).

Note that the main changes r made by ebs(Ebsy), I helped about bug fixing and adding options.

One thing I noticed is that 'the Crystal of kings' dont work, it reboots MAMEoX to EVOX when you launch this game.
So there must be some problem with the src bender released.

So with this release I can have two separate versions of MameOX on the xbox? For example this version and say V0.72 also? I always hated having two versions and having it rescan for roms.

Also on another note anyone know how to make the volume higher on UMK3? I turned the volume up in the game settings and on my TV but still no luck.

I havent downloaded a new version of mame anything since the VMM was finally first implemented..

Have there been major improvements in compatibility and or games working better?
