I want to test a newer mediaplayer. But is it possible to copy the version that is now on the xbox to my pc. Then delete in on the xbox and place the new one on that place to see how it runs and after testing replace the new version by the old version again?

you can just have 2 versions on the xbox . . .

i.e.

e:\apps\xbmp23\

e:\apps\xbmp-test-new-release\

evox will show as the same in launch menu. but when XBMP has been
launched just verify newest version in top left hand corner wink.gif
