I had a 1.0 Xbox with a Hard drive which was locked to it using configmagic. I now have a 1.6 motherboard and I can't get it to work.

I've done a lot of research, I went through countless threads in the forum... and I never see the person who started the thread end up solving the probelm.

I've tried the TEAMASSEMBLY password and it never worked... Did anyone ever actually get a hard drive unlocked for a busted system? Please post your success stories.

so i take it you've got another hdd with evox config magic etc? have you tried hotswapping the hdd's in the xbox with config magic?
