V 1.4 Box TSOP flashed with xecuter 2 4981.06 bios, evox v3935, had 80gb HD worked fine...want to replace with 160gb HD

easy enough right?


Symptoms:
After copying everything to new drive I noticed the "reboot.xbe" and "shutdown.xbe" were freezing at the evox loading screen after selecting them. No IGR response either.

Tried to run "boxplorer.xbe" and "xbmc.xbe" and same results. Emulators too.



I know it isn't the bios because i then reflashed with x2 4981.67....reformatted - recopied and same problems. I even tried two other bios images modified with LBA support by xbtool with no luck.

I tried multiple evox.ini files.

The old HD works with some of the multiple bios images i used.



Where do i look from here?
