can anyone help me out im just trying to set it up so i can transfer files from my mac to my box. im using a cross over cable and i have no idea how to set up with the mac. i tried using the tutorial on networking but it doesnt work. if anyone can help thanks.

Xbox Version: v1.4



All you need to do is:

1. Connect both your xbox and your mac to a router
2. Download Transmit to your mac
3. In dashboard/chip OS, find your xbox's IP address
4. Put IP address into transmit, and use xbox for both your user name and password
5. Make sure xbox is on, then connect and FTP whatever you want onto your xbox

I use Transmit as well. It seems to work best to FTP into XBMC or UnleashX for some reason.
