i serached around and is there a way around getting the Case fan out without dismataling the metal case protector?

its not hard at all, look on the sides of the fan, there are little black clips there holding it in place, take a flat head screw driver and wedge it between the clip thing and where its holding it down. then unclip the other side with your finger but make sure the screw driver has the other side un clipped, the you might have to unclip it from another thing and just lift and pull, its easier than i made it sound...

no problem, i just did it today so icould cut away some of the metal cage behind it for increased air flow... i suggest you do it also
