I think Elijah Wood would be an alright host...
As for the whole tattoo thing mentioned in the first post. It was just a thing that the cast of Lord of the Rings did because they spent so much time together and became such good friends. It wasnt some sort of "actors secret". They took 5 years of their life for those movies and it was just a friendship thing.

I will just be pissed now if Sony comes out and puts the PS3 on some tv special on the 11th.

Just saw this on the BBC's website

QUOTE
The MTV Overdrive website will let users with high-speed computer connections watch music videos and extended programmes on demand.

The website is currently being tested and will launch fully on 25 April.

Well Rhys, that sounds like a perfectly good outlet to watch "The Revealing". I guess we won't have to VIVO record it in low-quality. biggrin.gif

I think MS is too smart for that. I wouldn't be surprised if they have an agreement with MTV such that they can't "support" competitor products etc... and where else would Sony show it? I'd imagine the Discovery Channel doesn't pull in as much of an audience as MTV.

For those that unlocked some of the movie specials of LOTR, return of the king, i hear he kinda sucks ass at gaming. But anyway, MTV is the only global channel with decent coverage, in case u didn't notice that discovery is being taken off "normal" TV by most cable exploiters in europe (yes i said EXPLOITERS!)

But ehm... the fact that they didn't get some chick shows this console will be about ALOT more then games. Did anyone think about that? (360 "allround machine")

I still like the idea someone had of Jack Black hosting. Apparently he's REALLY good at PGR2 too!

Sweet, can you move it to your PC from the TIVO? If so, what rez are you encoding? Using DIVX? I'm not gonna bother if you're setup to do so. Plus the Overdrive site is a good place to catch it. Is that site free?

I dont think MS wants some cap busting, car jacking, drug dealing ghetto pimps hosting their family oriented event. It's not the Grand Theft 360 unveiling.

Elijah Wood is perfect for it, a likeable person who is young enough to be believable and might actually know what hes talking about and not embarass himself.

Are you refering to Wu-Tang Clan?????

If so, what makes you think they're cap busting, car jacking, drug dealing ghetto pimps?

Is it cus they're black?

I think the Wu-Tang clan would be ideal. They connect with hella more people than Frodo. But to accuse people of crimes they haven't commited is kinda gay. Almost as gay as Frodo himself.

So take off your white hood, sit in your pick up truck for a while, and think about it.

Nickelodon, MTV, MTV2, Discovery, TLC, BBC America, Animal Planet, Fit TV, Travel Channel, Military Channel, Not to mention DHC and DKids are all owned by the same company...Viacom....However I think that Viacom on hold 25% intrest in the Discovery networks.

Isn't Viacom owned by CBS. Or maybe Viacom is partners with Infinity wich is owned by CBS. I forget the spesificss of it now but I think the two companies are very connected to each other.
