Im trying to do this to my 1.6 box...

problem is, im impatient and dont have access to the suggested surface-mount resistor. I have some 10k 1/4 watt resistors laying around, would they work without any mal sideaffects?

yes... it is asking for a 10k resistor, so any 10k resistor will work...

I did this mod on a 1.0, 10 K 1/4 Watt resistor works just fine. smile.gif
