i read somewhere that its possible but you need to make or get a file but i dont know where i read it and i would like that feature if someone can give me a hand

right click on the desktop, select backup, then type hda50 into it,and it will create a file backup.tar.gz on the root of E:\ (hda50) but for this option to work, you have to right click on the desktop, and select shutdown or reboot. if you just shut your XBOX off rather than shutting down correctly, it wont save ANY changes

This does not seem to work for a static IP. The settings are always set back to DHCP after the next reboot. How can I set a static IP permanently?? Do I have to add another file to filetool.lst??

Edit /opt/bootlocal.sh
then add the commands for dhcp save and should be good to go..
