I searched around - and while I'm sure there are some topics on this, I couldn't find any.

I have had this modded XBOX for a little over a year now. I have never really had any problems with it in the past, so this is all new. The DVD-Drive all of a sudden can't read anything. Not DVD-r, not Real DVDs, not Game DVDs, nothing. I'm not getting any type of dirty disc error, it's just coming up as "No Disc" on my dashboard.

Should I attempt the POT Tweak? I have a Thompson drive by the way.

You could but most likely you will ned to replace the laser, luckly they are cheap for xboxs
