Hey, I didn't know were else to ask, so I decided to ask you guys.

Is unraring something just opening it up with WINrar, or do I need another program.

I have something that needs unraring and I am not sure what to do.

You need to open Internet Explorer from the Start menu then in the address bar type www.google.com then press enter. Once google loads, search for Winrar ralated topics.
