Well i have the original Xboxdash.xbe but i cant ever load it it only goes back to the screen with the floating X in the bgack round whats going on and when i turn the chip off it goes red and green flashing what up?

Where/how can i bootup MSdash? With out going to the X floating thing.
because i am setting up an XBL account and i need the original dashbord to work to get to that screen PLZ Mayjor help.

What do i have.
