so i decided do delete some emulators and now i couldnt remove them from the emulator list its like this

Snes64
NES
super nintendo
SEGA
SMS

the last two are red and couldnt select on it nemore so how do i get rid of them from the list?

I'm assuming you're talking about your EvoX menu. Just delete these items from your evox.ini and everything'll be fine.
