Im trying to figure out exactly which accessories do and which accessories dont use it. I KNOW the light guns do. I thought the steering wheels did, but now i dont. Im not sure about dancepads. All input is appreciated.

thanks,
mario

Well after doing mine and testing my steering weel and light gun, neither worked in it,but I expected that after reading the totorials tongue.gif

It isnt a big problem becouse I only did it on my first controle port, and If I want to use the lightgun or steering weel I just plug it into my second controler port and it works a 100%

I was always told that the yellow wire feeds composite video so the light guns would know what they were supposed to be shooting at. I don't know how that fits with stearing wheels though cause I have also heard romurs that certain ones need the yellow wire. As far as I can tell the yellow wire is not additional power. It is certainly not the same +12V that the HD cable yellow wire is. Either way, the communicator will still work and I know this for a fact cause I have tested it myself.
