i am curious to know i dont wanna go modding my box then getting it zapped by xbox live

Once banned you will need to replace your EEPROM and HDD to be able to login with that box again.

Also, if you do get banned then fix everything needed to get back on make sure you have a proper msdash installed if you use the same gamertag.. Rumour has it flagged gamertags are subject to more stringent mod checking..

this is mroe than rumor

if you have been banned your GT has been flagged and you cna no longer use an ungraded HD on Live, you must use a stock HD
