how many amps can a v1.1 power suply put out before there is a fire?

what is the draw of a v1.1 xbox on the power supply?

what i really want to know is how much junk can i put on there before i call the fire department?

these are the things i want to run off the PSU along with my xbox:

2 x 5.4" lcd (12v, 500mA each)
1 x 12" lcd (12v ???mA)
1 x video signal amplifier (12v, ???mA)
1 x set speakers (6v, 300mA)
40 x LEDs (3v, 20mA)
1 x a partridge in a pear tree(0v, 0mA)

total = ~4 amps?

if the psu cant handle it then i will use an inverter, but i would rather not.

i did a search but couldn't come up with an answer on my own

i forgot to ask if there is a PC power supply that is about the same size or shape as the xbox PSU...anyone know?
