I'm getting horribly slow transfer speeds (.5k - 4.) with flashfxp

Then the transfer slows down, the xbox freezes, and its no good
I have both my comp and xbox on static ips but no luck. I'm not sure if my network bridging would have anything to do with the problem

If anybody can help I'd really appreciate it

I have the same problem. I can't even transfer default.xbe to my xbox. It always freezes at the same point. I've tried many different connections.
Pls let me know how/when you've resolved the problem.

Tell me a little more about your "network bridging". Like, what is between your computer and the XBox (as far as networking goes).

I've got my PC hooked up to a router (100mb), then a hub , then another hub and I'm getting 900k-1Mb transfers to and from the box. Are you going wireless at some point?

Is there anything else on the hub with the XBox and PC? Are you doing anything with either at the same time?

A hub has "shared bandwidth". Meaning, if you've got a 10MBit hub, with 5 ports, and someone is using up 7MBit, you've only got 3Mbit to share between the other 4 ports.

So if someone is downloading some huge files and hogging a lot of the bandwith, it could cause a slowdown on your end. I'd suggest that you test by connecting your XBox to a Crossover cable directly to your PC. This will elimintate your network hardware, or any bandwidth problems. If your getting the same transfer rates with the crossover cable, then I'd move on to troubleshooting your NIC.

Of course, I'm assuming you've tried to find the latest drivers. That fixes lots of problems.
