It plugs into your computer's printer port
I believe you use the built in header pins to connect the mod chip to that board
and you use the X-ecuter Bios flashing utility to flash your X-ecuter 2 Lite

-don't know what the usb rig is for

The programmer was designed by Ubergeek at Team-Xecuter, they have started producing them commercially and they should be available soon from mod retailers.
Programmer plugs into LPT port of a PC
Chip plugs into header just to the left of the USB
USB supplies 5V to programmer and plugs into your PC's USB slot (Programmer must be powered to enable programming)
Also looks like they've included a power connector to the right of the USB in order to run the thing off a battery (probably 9V)

Yes, he did add a battery connector for a 9V battery like the Matrix programmer. I guess that is for those that don't have a USB port (time to upgrade that computer if you don't).

Yo Ubergeek! Looks good, one question tho: For those of us that used the wire install, are we going to have enough room to hook up the header with out unsticking the chip from the side of the Xbox?
