I have been asked this question enough for me to post a tutorial on how to do it.
Ok this tutorial is not just for the better Bodies mod but for any mod that requires you to install it via an exe
(Obviously every Exe will be differnt so please don't look for teh Peanut version in the Giants mod (LOL)
Now People ask me where do I get all my mods from:
I get them from Morrowind Summit
Use the search section to find the Better Bodies mod: Here is the link to Morrowind Summit:
http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/modcontrols/mods.aspNOTE YOU WILL NEED TO BECOME A MEMBER IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD THIS AND SOME OF THE OTHER MODS...DON'T WORRY, IT'S FREE.
To save some confusion follow this short cut.
1. Once you register there and you set up your account, close out the site.
2. Then go back to the site and find any mod that forces you to be logged in to get it.
3. Once it asks you to log in click log in and a seperate window will open up, log in and then close the window.
4. Once you do that you can click the download button again and it will bring you right to the download page of the mod.
I have no idea why this works but I'm not complaining. And this may seem long however it will save you time in the future..Trust me on that.

Basic Information:
A. Keep everything in the folder I sent it to you in for easier finding
B. The exe has 3 different versions of the Better Bodies mod
Version 1: Nude Version
Version 2. Permanant Underwear Version
Version 3. Peanut gallery Version
C. Which ever version you want to use, the install proccess is exactly the same.

HOW TO INSTALL THE BETTER BODIES MOD TO WORK ON THE X-BOX
1. Double clicking the betterbodies.exe
2. Click Next
3. Navigate to same folder the Betterbodies.exe is in and ckick ok, and then click next
4. You will then see a drop down box, Select the version you want to use and click next
5. Now click install and it should go through it's install proccess
6. Now you really don't need the readme so UNCHECK the view readme box and then click finish
7. you should now have a data files folder and in it should be this:
1 Meshes Folder
1 Textures Folder
1 Better Bodies.esp file
1 Readme Titled Better Bodies.txt
8. You will now need to convert the .esp by using the TESDTK Following the
instructions on this link:
http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=3698519. Once all that is done FTP the files back to your X-box placing the files in the proper place
10. PLay!
A mod that works really well with this one is the strip for me mod. Also found on Morrowind Summit
