Hi!
Could someone point me in the right direction so far as a basic hook-up between my xbox and powerbook is concerned? I've just had an xecutor chip installed in the xbox, and everything seemed to be functioning fine on the installers PC network. now that i have it home, i tried to connect the xbox to my powerbook via a crossover cable (no hub etc) and am having trouble getting the two to see each other. could someone let me know what settings (ip etc.) i'll need to enter both in my xbox system settings, and my osx (tiger) networking panels to get some basic communication between the two? I want to transfer some files to the xbox harddrive and start making use of that great media center... Cheers d |

This help at all?
http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?sho...dpost&p=2425384 Or any of these Trasmit related search results? http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?act...ghlite=transmit Yummy FTP 1.1.2 also works well with Xbox FTP servers as well. This post has been edited by Xombe: Jun 4 2005, 07:32 AM |
