okay first off im sorry for making a thread that is probablly answered at least 5 times a day but im having a bit of troble...

i have a 1.4 xbox with xecuter 3 modchip in it and i also have a 20gb hard drive that i wanna put in it...now this HDD has been partitions with partion magic and has asoulutly nothing on it...i know where to get bios's/dashboards but im sure you cant just dump them on the HDD and expect the xbox to read it...could anyone give me advise on what i should do...i think there is a xbox HDD formatting tool or something...please point me in the right way..

You may have partitioned your drive with partition magic but it means nothing, the drive must be in an xbox fotmat (fatx). Download UnleashX dashboard and burn it to disk, boot it in your xbox, it will auto detect a new drive, partition and format it in the fatx file system, then it will install UnleashX dashboard to C so when you remove the disk and reboot, unleashx will appear.
