I was reading through the "Best emulators for XBox thread" ( http://forums.xbox-scene.com/lofiversion/i...hp/t386399.html ) and I noticed it said:

"MAMEDoX
An updated version of MameoxVMx. This supports more things and has more features added on to it. This emulator is also one of the main reasons for getting a 128mb ram upgrade"

I was just wondering what affect the RAM upgrade has on emulators and roms. Do some roms need the upgrade to function properly? Are there some things that will only work when the system is upgraded? Does it affect system reliability? Also, where does one get this upgrade performed?

Hey man, that sounds great

Do you live in the US? Do you have any references on this site (don't want to sound like a prick but I don't want to send off my XBox without being certain first.)

Sending you a PM as we speak...
