Ok i know its against the rules to post a link to an emulator site and all. But i've been searching for hours for an snes emulator.

I went to the emulator section and the said xSnes9x was a good one. I goto their website and they have to same freaking rules. You can't even dl it on their site.

So what the hell do i do. It seems like an endless loop. Can anyone point me in the right direction??
