Hi,
I am sort of new to the HD Upgrading thing. I have a 1.6 with the Xenium Ice chip install. The Ice chip has a HD Upgrade menu build in. I follow the instructions exactly. The new 80g HD even locks, and Unlocks. I have the xbox configmagic and got the locking password.
The problem is when I try to start the games they freeze up. Title such as Chaos Theory, Brother in Arms, & Burnout 3. There are all back-ups copies on dvd's. I even tried runing them off the HD and they freeze as well. Tried locking and unlocking the HD and running them, same result. I put the original drive back-in and everything starts fine.
Not sure what the problems is. Can anyone help. Do I need to mess with the system files or something letting it know of the new HD or something. Kind of stuck here. Would appreciate any help.

Have:
Xbox 1.6b
Xenium ICE Chip
Original HD trying to upgrade without luck.
