I remember there being a mod that altered the workbench to allow you to level up ppl and give them influece and stuff like that. Could someone plz give me a working link for it. Thanks very much.

Go to the hacking forum for SW Kotor 2. I pinned a topic that lists different resources for the game. They either have the download links or the web link so you can read a brief explanation of what each mod does.
