Little Problem Here..., Can I still have evolution X and linux??

Everything is great but when I see the FAQ and (I just installed a 120 gig HDD in my box)I cant keep the games on the F: drive, (My own backups) Is there a way to 1)keep evox boot up 1st then from "apps" lauch linux, or 2) lauch linux when it boots but be able to store the games in E: Please don't blast me, I just want to learn more... Please, any help would be appreciated!!!! thanks.
