Mamedox Won't Play My Roms-missing Files Options

I did a search before anyone gets mad at me. I know that the versions of my roms have to be compatible with mamedox. I have version 1.1 on my xbox.

What roms will play on this?

Is there a way to modify the ones i have to work?

use a program called rom center and dat file supplied for it to see roms and whats wrong with them

it .84 roms with Kawak 1.52 neogeo stuff plus some other hacked up stuff

That topic contains a link to a clrmamepro tutorial. You main problem lies in the fact that you are probably getting roms from different sets.

To find out what files are missing use clrmampro. It even has a rebuild option to create a ew set from your exisiting one - converting it into a .84 set if you have the info it needs.***never fildde with you master set - always rebuild into another folder if you are going to do this***

Good Luck - the tutorial is great.

(EDIT- This is only if you don't have a .84 set. (I have .94). I used the above to convert most of the games i like to .84., while keeping my .94 set intact)
