Ok I got banned on xbl and need to replace my eeprom and my stock hd in order to use the same GT as I'm using.

Do I need to just unlock the stock HD and get the eeprom.bin and relock it? Then use eeprommagic and flash the eeprom with the new data from the .bin? Then attach the HD and be good to go?
