you can patch the patch 480i to 480p for xbox extender by searching and replacing this hex value
8B5728508B4730508B472C518B4F0452
to this hex value
508B4730508B472C518B4F04906A0090

i get no credit for this because its a generic patch from another thread but thought you guys might be interested in that is works for the extender. i use it to complement XBMC which i primarily use. except for PVR and Live tv functions which i use in the extender for. LONG LIVE XBMC

sorry if this was the wrong forum. it just seems talk of the remote and such here and no other forum seemed to fit
