The C: partition on my box's HDD is jacked up and the dashboard won't load. After installing my X3, will I be able to format and reset the dashboard, and how exactly does this work?

yes, but first you must flash a bios, get the latest X3 bios.

Once flashed, get a slayers disk, and put it in, shut off your xbox, and turn it back on. You now how the option to format your hdd!

Goodluck!
