I have heard that there will be a feature where you will be able to watch a game in progress on xbox 360 live. I was thinking that if you had a friend playing a game on Live you could watch the game on your TV and then call that person and tell them where everyone is and what weapons they have etc. How cool would that be?

Yeah is called Spectator mode , it has been available for a very long time.

It would suck because thats called cheating and no one likes cheaters.
