What cosmo said, if you are looking for a similar concept as to what you posted try Kai. Kai allows you to run a service on the computer that you never have to mess with, and from the Kai dashboard on the Xbox you select the game you want to join and it will basically tell your PC that the tunneling software should connect to said game.
