What are you having trouble soldering? Just the d0? Did you apply some flux?

secure the wire before soldering. This way once it is soldered it can't move anyway

Apply a small amount of flux to the board around the d0 point. Apply a tiny droplet of molten solder to the point and let it solidify. Press the wire against the hardened solder. Slowly move the iron toward the solder until it melts; given the light pressure you're applying with the wire, it should be pressed into the molten solder. Move the iron away while leaving the wire there. Wait several seconds and let go of the wire. Cakewalk.
