Ok i have the bios I want to flash but I need an ISO that I can edit to enable boot and then flash my new bios, I flashed the wrong bios to my chip and now get error 13... I can boot with slayers v2.0 but no flash available. I also need to reestablish my FTp settings

Download Evolution X 1.8.3285
Put the bios you want to flash in the BIOS folder
Make an xISO from it
Burn it to disk
Boot it up in your Xbox
Flash your chip

This is how I do it now. I have the latest version of Evolution X on my hard drive but I still use the old Boot Disk to flash my chip
Works all the time biggrin.gif

Do NOT use xISO in doing so. I would highly recommend using SimpleX.

Because it has a long and storied past of corruption and evil. I'm glad it hasn't failed you yet, but statistically it's not something I can recommend. You can read plenty of other posts about it; I can't tell you what a large number of problems are remedied by a user switching away from xISO.

It has no practical advantages. It's resultant ISOs are garbage compared to the GDF standard, and it corrupts files during extraction somewhat frequently. Compare that to SimpleX, which creates/extracts perfectly 100% of the time.
