o my fought ok im using an xenium ice. and i cant get into the xb dash board plus everytime i try 2 unlock the hdd it doesnt want to, everytime i try to copy info from one hdd to another it wont work it say error

I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, but we'll give you all the help you need if you 1. clearly describe your problem (telling us too much information like what kind of HD, what FTP client, etc. etc. etc. is a good thing!) and 2. speak in complete sentances. You're typing like Nigerian "I want to give you $60M" email scammer.
