The guys over at the french Xbox website xavbox.com posted a picture of what looks like the Xbox 360 motherboard. This could be a picture of the Xbox 360 beta dev kit or a picture of the Xbox 360 test unit.
The site also informs that under the leftside fan you have the ATI R500 Xenos GPU and under the rightside fan you have the 3 core IBM PowerPC CPU.
The picture matches the general look/design of the one showed in the ourcolony video back on May 12 when the Xbox360 was first officially presented to the public.

oooo pretty... those LEDs are probably there for testing/debuging or what ever. If not im changing the to red! hope they fix those fans! 2 what looks like 80mm would be really noisy.

wow the final production better have those blue leds... im loving that!

Just a guess, but the bios is in relatively the same location as in the xbox 1, with the mcp above that. The video encoder appears to be to the right of the mcp. Where's the ram?

i agree with pretty much all you said...I think the ram is probably on the underside of the board, like half of the xbox 1's ram was. This is a pretty brilliant design if they managed to fit all of that stuff on a motherboard that small. all of the ports seem to be in the proper place (mem card, hdd, ethernet, power, A/V, etc.) I doubt they're gonna bother with the LED's in the production model though. damn shame.

nah i dono if thats the real deal. Its nota bout the LEDs.. there is no IDE connector nor a controller? also, I do not see the ATX power supply connector, either this is a primitive beta or M$ is making the xbox further from the PC then ever.

1) wheres the lpc
2) within a week ppl wil already have changed those fans and a monthe later new heats sinks-lol smile.gif

also there is not window (which would be a cool mod) so why would u even want the leds - thats the only thing that seems weird to me in the pic (even for testing) blue is sucha none m$ color (and not the kinda blue i'd asociate with debuging).

if those were for debuging couldn't they be used like the lpc?

The HDD will be using a proprietary connector, the controller ports will be USB ports, or wireless otherwise, and the power supply will be external, and therefore not ATX standard.

HD connector is to the left of the fans. Probably some proprietary form of SATA. Damn, this is going to be a bitch to mod. Maybe.
